Monday through Friday 9-5pm
Saturday 9-12pm
Any services provided before or after regular business hours will incur after-hours fees in addition to the notary fee and travel fee.
Do all signer's need to be present?
Yes they do and they must have a valid ID.
How much do you charge?
$15 for each signature + travel and expenses. Contact me for more details.
What if the signer can't sign?
Is the signer coherent? Do they understand the document? If yes to both answers than you must provide 2 credible witnesses with valid ID to have the signer do a signature by mark. There are extra charges when using witnesses due to extra signatures needed.
If the answer is NO than the only way I can help would be if you have a Power of Attorney regarding the matter.
Do you provide notarizations outside of your normal work hours?

Do you provide Jail notarizations?
Yes, Please contact me directly for pricing and to set up an appointment. Fees start at $200.
Do you provide Discounts?
Yes, with proof of ID I provide a 10% discount to seniors, military personnel, U.S. Veterans and First responders.
Do you offer apostille services in Ventura County?
Yes. Apostille services are available for clients in Ventura County, including Fillmore, Piru, Santa Paula, Thousand Oaks, Moorepark, and Simi Valley.
Do I need to notarize my document before apostille?
Some documents require notarization before apostille, while others must be certified copies. Document requirements vary.
How long does apostille processing take in California?
