My name is Julie Blanco, and I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) mobile notary and apostille service provider proudly serving Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. I am a wife, a mother of two, and a proud dog mom to two senior dogs. My journey has been shaped by resilience, faith, and the determination to keep moving forward through life’s most challenging seasons.
In 2022, I faced serious health challenges that changed my life and tested my strength in ways I never expected. Over the next two years, I learned the importance of perseverance, compassion, and finding purpose through difficult moments. Those experiences taught me to value patience, reliability, and genuine human connection.
In 2025, I made the decision to reclaim my life by setting new goals and building a business centered on helping others. That decision led me to create my mobile notary and apostille business, where I am committed to providing dependable, professional, and convenient services for individuals, families, and businesses.
In the past, I have worked in both education and manufacturing and have held many roles, including tutoring, babysitting, accounting, purchasing, and secretarial work. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, organization, and customer service skills that I now bring into my business every day.
As a family-operated business, my husband and I work together to provide reliable, professional, and convenient services throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties. We understand that many important life moments require notarization and document authentication—whether it’s real estate paperwork, legal documents, medical forms, or international documents requiring apostille services. Our goal is to make the process as smooth, stress-free, and accessible as possible by bringing trustworthy service directly to our clients.
I take great pride in the work I do and hope to earn your trust for all your notarization and signature needs. As my business grows, I also hope to expand and provide additional services to better serve my community. My business is built on integrity, professionalism, compassion, and perseverance. As James 1:12 reminds us, “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial.”
