My name is Julie Blanco I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) notary serving Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. In the past I have worked in education and manufacturing and held many roles including tutoring, babysitting, accounting, purchasing and secretarial work. In 2025 I earned my commission from the State of California to be able to provide Notarial services. I am hoping with time I will be able to facilitate or provide other services. I take pride in the work I do and hope you can trust me with your signature needs.

I am a mother of two and a wife with two senior dogs in the mix. In 2025, my life changed in ways that challenged me to rediscover strength and perseverance. I learned that perseverance isn’t just about enduring difficult seasons—it’s about embracing growth and transformation through them. I now see my body as a work in progress, continually evolving. As James 1:12 reminds us, “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial.”
